icoFoam error

I tried running elbow case by replacing with my own geometry and i am getting this error message can anyone explain please..

I only did changes to blockmeshDict and 0/u and 0/p for replacing the boundaries with my own.

My customised mesh looks fine with 2 inlets and 1 outlet. I am attaching my blockMeshDict file if anyone wanna check it.

Case directory ~/openfoam/openfoam2306/tutorials/incompressible/icoFoam/elbow .
