Hello,
I would like to replace the GRI-Mech 3.0 mechanism with a Jones Lindstedt as a test for the SandiaD tutorial.

I got the necessary Jones Lindstedt file, replaced the grimech30.dat with it and adapted the following commands from the tutorial.


For chemkinToFoam:

chemkinToFoam chemkin/jones_lindstedt.dat chemkin/thermo30.dat chemkin/transportProperties constant/reactionsJL constant/thermo.compressibleGasJL

In the ChemistyProperties:

#include "reactionsJL"

In the PhysicalProperties:

#include "thermo.compressibleGasJL"

But now I always get the error message:
--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
HO2 not found in table. Valid entries:

CH4
CO

)

The error probably comes from the thermo30.dat, but I don't know how to work around it.


Perhaps someone here has had similar experiences or could help me. Thank you very much!

Thank you very much. I seem to have forgotten to include the reduction in the chemistryProperties.
With

reduction{ 
method none;
}

it already seems to work.
