I need help running/compiling a solver (PLEASE)

Hi all,
I started learning OpenFOAM 3 months ago, and I’m currently using OpenFOAM to model porous media flow (Hyporheic Flow).

I am trying to run the solver "HyporheicFoam" developed by Dr. Liu of PSU:

*I am facing a problem with running my model (running the solver) and I was hoping if someone can help me out.
I have been chasing around trying to find an openFoam specialist who can just tell me how to successfully make a single run. I believe that the issue is a simple one but requires someone who is more familiar with the software than I am; Whenever I try to run the model it says that the command does not exist. I tried to manually compile the solver multiple times, but to no avail. I just want someone to show me how to run the solver one time.

Can someone please help me run the model.

Please have a look at the file

https://github.com/psu-efd/hyporheic...oam/Make/files

and let us know what the value of $(FOAM_USER_APPBIN) on your machine by using

Code:

echo $(FOAM_USER_APPBIN)

and let us know whether the executable hyporheicFoam does appear in the directory.

I tried, and here's what I got:

bash: FOAM_USER_APPBIN: command not found
