Successful PhD

Dear All,

Just a quick announcement; my PhD student Mohammad Baba-Ahmadi successfully passed his viva last Tuesday, and has been granted his PhD, subject to a few corrections (nothing too arduous AFAICT). His topic was Inlet Conditions for Large Eddy Simulation, and as soon as he has finished his corrections I will make the thesis available electronically. (Do we have some existing mechanism for doing this for work done using OpenFOAM??)

Mohammad is looking for a postdoctoral appointment now, so if anyone has funding for a postdoc well trained in OpenFOAM please let me know.

Congratulations!

I keep a Thesis repository on foamcfd.org and want to link the Thesis in if possible. A copy for the Shelf would also be good, but I'll leave that to you.

I wonder if it be possible to open a session for announcements like post-doc position etc. It would be useful for those like me.
