Hi Foamers,

I am having trouble using extrudeToRegionMesh on OF 2.1.1. I have a nozzle and I am trying to create baffles in an original mesh with mappedWall patches, however I get the following error:

--> FOAM FATAL ERROR:
Illegal zoneID 32632 for face 144641

From function resetZones(const polyMesh&, polyMesh&, labelListList&labelListList&, labelListList&)

in file polyTopoChange/polyTopoChangepolyTopoChange.C at line 1651.

FOAM aborting

I am unsure of the exact meaning of this error and could use any help or advice that anyone could offer.
