Looking at the solvers, I think this can be done with laplacianFOAM.

I am trying to solve a 2D heat conduction problem on a plate with two boundary condition( Neumann and dirichlet). Which solver should i use?
my openfoam Ver. is 1.5
any comment appreciated

If you don't solve any equation of momentum transport, laplacianFoam is the way to go, as mentioned above.

You might have to add source terms if needed though.
