henning is on a distinguished road
I am running an icoFoam case (2D, just running straigt - like in a pipe, first try of an own case) and everything worked fine. Then I wanted to try a very fine net (x=1000 on 100m and y=500 on 2m) and the calculation aborts though my Co is far smaller than 1. (Other calculations showed 1,5m/s in x- and 0.018m/s in y direction).

My timestep is 0.005s. ddtScheme is Euler.
Inlet is 1m/s everywhere.

Thanks for helping me =)
