Parallel processing

Hi David,
i tried to get the GGI to run in OF-1.5 too, but i have not changed anything at the source code in the GGI. So it would be nice to know what you have changed to make it compile against OF-1.5 ?

Because I use it very intensivly for rotor-stator interfaces, which can be used to calculate only a part of the cascade which avoids high memory cosumption compared to full cascade calculations.
