Dear OpenFOAM community, I

Dear OpenFOAM community,

I am experiencing the strangest moment in my life of computer programing, and I am so stuck that I hope one of you can shed some light on what might be going wrong?

I am using a custom boundary condition. It has some private data, that is read from a dictionary upon construction. Once the simulation enters the time loop, the value of that private assumes zero, and causes havoc. What is so strange, is that sometimes this happens, and sometimes it doesnt. If I take a case, and execute the solver from inside the case folder, no error occurs. If I execute the solver from the root, I get the error. If I change the name of the directory, I get the error.

Can anyone clue me in to what I am doing wrong?

Thanks sincerely,

kevin
