I'm using the turbulent inlet
I'm using the turbulent inlet boundary condition. One is supposed to give a fluctuation scale along with this b c. Could someone please tell me how the fluctuation scale is incorporated into my inlet b c as time goes by. Suppose I have given an x direction inlet velocity of 10 m/s and 0 in the other two directions, what does then a fluctuation scale of (0.05 0.05 0.05) mean? I'm especially interested in the y and z direction. Also, I assume the mass flow is conserved when fluctuating the inlet?
