IF not, how I can apply the method in code

any suggestions,reference , tutorial,...

There are several RSM turbulen
 
There are several RSM turbulence models available:
http://www.opencfd.co.uk/openfoam/turbulenceModels.html

The "cavity" case in $FOAM_TUTORIALS/turbFoam can get you started. To change the turbulence model you will need to modify the "turbulenceModel" entry of "constant/turbulenceProperties".

You will also need to edit the "0/R" as described in the following:
