Happy New Year!

I'm running an LES. Once it becomes statistically stationary, I'll use the probe function (activated at the end of controlDict) to probe for p and U.

How might I easily extract the components Ux, Uy, and Uz from the probed U vector?

Can I do this within the probe function, or must it be a post-processing event?
