Consider a 3D rectangular channel of still water and at time t = 0 sec, a 3D air bubble rises from the bottom. The simulation completed nicely with interFoam. How can I visualize the bubble rising in water in paraView? Is there any way to separate cells based on density as opposed to gamma? I would prefer to see a sharp distinction. How do you postprocess 3D interFoam cases?

hjasak will become famous soon enough
How about drawing an iso-surface of gamma = 0.5?

That did the trick. Thanks Hrv! I suspect it was the same way you created that animation of air being injected from a tube into a water tank with a free surface.

Hrv: I thought you might want to look at a sample movie (two large diameter bubbles breaking up in a 3D tank completely filled with water) visualized using gamma isosurface = 0.5. I used OpenFOAM 1.4 and Bernhard's excellent funkySetFields utility to initialize gamma. Here it is:

Once again, thanks for your help
