which Differencing Scheme in OpenFOAM is equal to the MARS (second order) Diff Scheme in Star-CD?

Not implemented in OpenFOAM -
 
Not implemented in OpenFOAM - basically because (in my opinion) it's rubbish.

There is a whole bunch of second-order schemes but no limited gradient-extrapolated one like Mars. If you want to do it yourself, take something like SFCD and instead of using cell centre values in the limiter, do a one-sided extrapolation to the face using the cell gradient.
