Hello,
I am really new at OpenFoam and I was wondering about some of it's capabilities. Specifically, I was wondering if the following flow could be simulated: A flow which is unbounded (by walls or other, such as an atmospheric flow) and for which I could specify boundary conditions in terms of white gaussian noise (fluctuations about some mean velocity). Also, I was wondering if after simulating the flow for a few minutes, the velocity data could be accessed as function of v=v(x,y,z,t). If someone could please let me know if this is possible, or at least could somehwat easily be programmed in. I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks! |
