Hello everybody.

I am new to OpenFOAM and just started to look into things.

I would like to solve the Stokes equation for non-newtonian fluids. I was wondering if somebody can point me into a good direction on how and where to start?

Many thanks

Alex

Hi Alex

in the tutorials you've got 'nonNewtonianIcoFoam'.
you could start there

Thanks Markus.

I looked at that just yesterday. one thing I guess I have to change is that I need to include the gravity internal force term, since I let my fluid move under it's own weight, or is there already a solution to this somewhere in Openfoam?
