Now I'm going to solve a model

Now I'm going to solve a model by using sonicTurbFoam. Total pressure and the static temperature are known as the boundary conditions.

I set the boundary type "atmosphere" for the outlet so that I can get total pressure appeared. When I need to specify the temperature, I was confused about the inletValue and value. What's the difference actually between these two items? Here I chose the value field rather than inletValue. But when I ran it, I got the "time step continuity errors" mentioned by other users. Can anybody give me a hand to tell me what's the problem for that? The mesh should be ok, since it runs well with CFX. Thank you so much! The output message is:
