I download openfoam-extend-4.0, then from the website "http://openfoamwiki.net/index.php/Extend-bazaar/Toolkits/Fluid-structure_interaction" download Fluid-structure interaction based on openfoam-extend-4.0, but I can't run fsiFoam tutorial cases: 3dTube/beamInCrossFlow/HronTurekFsi3, who can help me solve this problem? thank you so much!

It is a bug in the current foam-extend 4.0 build. Workaround can be found here:
