Who have any experiences on such simulation by moving mesh or dynamic mesh? pls give me some advice.
I knew some other method, eg fictitious domain(FD) or chimera method, may have difficulty on fast moving object. Thanks. |

Well, I wrote the moving mesh solvers and dynamic mesh algorithms, including the mesh primitive mesh changes, sliding interfaces, cell layering, field mapping, multiple interacting mesh modifiers and associated CFD algorithms (how's that for experience?) :-)
What are you after? Hrv

I knew some other method, eg fictitious domain(FD) or chimera method, may have difficulty on fast moving object. So I want to know if FOAM have the ability to solve such fast problem?
