Hi guys,
I am a new user to OpenFoam. I have to solve a problem in combustion wherein we have a moving flame which seperates gases with two different densities. I need to track this flame surface very accurately. In combustion literature, it is pointed out that the Level set method is much better for tracking the flame front than the VOF ( volume of fluid) method. I would be glad if any of you can share your experience/opiniion about the suitability of implementing this in openfoam...or if any of you have already taken a shot at this...
