Dear all:
I want to do a simple test of driven cavity problem with the idea of "block-off" test. The block-off idea is to set one corner of cavity with extremly large viscosity. With this design, flowing pattern in this region should be stagnant idealy. But i don't know how to set this property from simple way, can anyone give me some comment ??

Best regards
Jim

There is a separate thread about changing the viscosity (nu) to a volScalarField. You'll have to search for it probably.

You can then set nu at a cell with

nu[cellI] = XXX
