At first I make 2D planar case restangular geometry - everething OK.
Then I try to caclulate axial 2D geometry with help of simpleFoam (boundary condition is equivalent to planar). I use wedge, empty for axis etc., make with blockMesh geometry. (I can see it in paraFoam - everything is OK with geometry). But when I try to calculate, it don't converge. Some first steps are OK, then oops. I try to change relaxation factors - it is don't help.
In this case I see that program calculate Vz (but in 2D planar - don't).
Must I change some more parameters for axial case?

I have found where is the prob

I have found where is the problem. As usually, it was _my_ mistake in geometry. Now evrerything convergenced.

Nice to hear that FOAM is doin

Nice to hear that FOAM is doing what it is supposed to be doing. :-) If you can put a few details about how you found the error in geometry in a message, some future users may benefit from your experience (if applicable).

Thanks,

Hi Andriy, Could you tell

Hi Andriy,

Could you tell me what is your mistake?
I ever try 2D axi-symetric case but it doesn't work.

If you can put detail, it will be useful for other FOAM user.

I agree with Hrv

Thanks
