I am doing LES of combustion instability, and in the run, it is important to track the pressure evolution, but I do not know how to record the pressure in a cell along time.
By the way, can anyone give me a comprehensive instruction on making an LES spray combustion application, or please add such and application in the future version.

mattijs is on a distinguished road
Have a look at the "probes" functionality in e.g. oodles. This will dump the value at a given location at every timestep.
