Hi Foamer's,

does anybody has experience with the accordionEngineMesh class, which is appropiate for canted valves?

In the moment i try to set up a testcase, but i have some problems when the faceZones of the valve are included. There are many cellSets and faceSets i have to define, but i dont know the meaning of them. Anybody an advice?

Hi,

i have implemented a testcase which account for the movement of canted valves. I use accordionEngineMesh and have a problem with it. When i examine both the piston movement and valve movement alone it works perfectly. If i combine piston and valve movement the liner will deforme.

Does anybody know this behavior? Could somebody give an advice?

Hi Christof,

I'm interested in your progress with accordionEngineMesh... Did you solve the problems?
