How to set the boundary by hand? -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

spwater New Member Shui Pei Join Date: Mar 2009 Posts: 27 Rep Power: 17	Now I have set a cyclic boundary to the flow field, but I need to set a open boundary for my user defined scalar, what should I do? Now I just loop the mesh and set the two layer most close to the outlet equal to each other to achieve the zero gradient( time steady) ,is it OK? Thanks.
