Doubt in term representationHi everybody,
I have a doubt in the representation of a term in OpenFoam. I have to represent in openFoam a term in the form (1/rho)*div(tension), where rho is a scalar representing the density, and tension is volume tensorial field. I am using the following operator representation in Foam, in the form (1/rho)*fvc::div(tension) However, I am getting the results expected. Is there any difference in representing the term in the form fvc::div(tension/rho) in terms of calculations. António Martins |

Antonio,
The two expressions are equivalent. But there would be a difference is if rho was a field. Henrik |
