Dear OF Users
I would like to create a mass point source at the wall in OF (Just like the CFX has). I do not want to create a hole for inlet on the wall, so i want to create a mass source for steady input of fluid. Is it possible to do so? Similarly, Is it possible to to inject a 'pulse of tracer' at a certain point inside the body. What would the steps be like and what commands would i need? Say commands for identifying the cell, and adding mass source over there either continuous or as a function of time for pulse. How would it finds its way into the equations? Thanks you very much, Mandar |

Have you considered groovyBC? i.e. change the gradient of your tracer based on the resolved tracer diffusivity (alphaEff) to maintain a constant tracer flux.
