Error
 
Dear All,
At the time of solving rhoSimplefoam, I was getting following error.

In the rhoSimpleFoam, I am solving injectionmixer thermal problem. Injectionmixer has two inlets. At Inlet1, air is entering at 10 m/s, 295 K and at Inlet2 air is entering at 0.1 m/s, 315K. In this Foam, I am using KEpslion turbulence model.
Does anyone know what this error means? Thanks for any help!
