Viscosity interpolation in interFoam

Hello~

To solve the fluid flow, the viscosity at cell surface is interpolated by the values defined at neighboring cell centers.
In interFoam solver (both OF1.5 and 1.6), viscosity at cell surface seems to be interpolated by arithmetic mean.
However, as I know, the viscosity (and all the diffusivities) should use the harmonic mean rather than the arithmetic mean.

Thanks.
