Hi,

I'm new using Openfoam. I was studyin the channel395 case and I was wondering why the 0 folder has compress files? I assume those are the initial values for the vaiables but I don't know why are they compressed.

Thank you

Hi
I also notice these files. It's exactly the initial fields. But I'm confused about the other files except U. For p,nusgs and so on, they all have nonuniform values. I don't know how are they implemented. For this old thread , I think you have already solved this problem. So can you do some explain about this?
