although the run in openfoam 2.1.0 starts and after 500 iterations diverges.in 2.1.1 it doesn't start at all and shows an error:

I'll quote myself from another thread on a nearly identical topic:

This implies that something is improperly defined, such as temperature set at 0 Kelvin, or pressure defined at 0 Pa... or something else.

Additionally, since you're comparing 2.1.0 with 2.1.1, then something was either fixed or broken in the mean time.
And without having access to at least a simple test case, then it only makes it harder to figure out what changed.
