SIMPLE on unsteady solver?

Is there anyway to use SIMPLE algorithm on unsteady solver(e.g. pisoFoam)?

any comment will be welcome

Take a look at pimpleFOAM, which can perform sub-iterations per each time-step and allows variables to be relaxed.
