I've been trying to run a relatively simple 3D fluid model using p and U as input files. When I run icoFoam the solver starts fine and continues untill 0.5 seconds where it gives the following error regarding the phi file:

--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR:
error in IOstream "/.../bladeflow/0.5/phi" for operation Ostream& operator<<(Ostream&, const Scalar&)

file: /.../bladeflow/0.5/phi at line 706886.

From function IOstream::check(const char*) const
in file db/IOstreams/IOstreams/IOstream.C at line 93.

I'm not entirely sure what this means and any help would be much appreciated.
