Dambreak case can't be simulated by the simple coupled level set and vof (sclsvof)

Hi, every FOAMer!
At present, I am doing some interface tracking simulation such as dambreak flow. I have found a coupled method on the internet. This method coupled level set with VOF. And the relative codes(sclsVOFFoam) is compiled in OpenFOAM-3.0.1. I have done a case about bubble rising. The result of the simulation is fine. But when I try to do some dam break flow simulation using the sclsVOFFoam solver, this process always be failed.
Please help me!

Yes. I also find this problem. And it can not run in parallel. Do you find some solution? Is there any problem with this silver?
