cyclicGgi - uncovered faces in parallel

Hello,
I have a problem with usage of cyclicGgi in parallel. There are uncovered faces and the simulation crashes after some time. The problem is just in parallel. There are no problems and no uncovered faces when running single job.
If I run "decomposePar" there are no uncovered faces found during decomposition, but when I start the simulation they appear.

Does anyone know where could be a problem?

Hello Jiri,

I also had this problem. Do your processor boundaries cross your ggi? In that case, try to lay them elsewhere, e.g. using manualDecomposition.

I am suffering from different problems with ggi myself, even in single run. if you send me your case, I will try to decompose it for you and maybe learn something myself from your setup.
