new version K-Omega SST model?

Is it still correct that to use the pre developed SST solver "Media:turbFoamAverage.tar.gz" and library mentioned on the Wiki Site I need to download OpenFOAM verison 1.4.1? or is there somewhere I can get this solver for 1.7.1?
