modeling car radiator

I'm modeling car radiator and I have measurements for pressure drop versus air velocity and heat transfer versus air velocity. I'm using porous material for modeling pressure drop in radiator. I'm not familiar using heat transfer in open foam. Is it possible to model air temperature rise in radiator. I found this kind of solution from internet:

"An energy source term added to the enthalpy equations simulated the temperature rise
in the radiator. Thus as the air passed through it energy was added resulting in a tem-
perature rise of the air. The exit temperature is thus dependent on the airflow speed
through the radiator. The energy source term used to accomplish this was:
sh =(H (T_rad − T_env )) /b_rad

hii friends

how can i include flow of water along x direction and flow of water along z direction

I am new to openfoam

Thank you
