Which solver are you trying to use?

PimpelFoam with the DeardorffDiffStress turbulence model. Does it make a difference which solver i use?

Yes, this makes a difference, because variable names are often re-used. I'm not familiar with the turbulence model you're using, but B is related to this model, see: OpenFOAM-2.0.x/src/turbulenceModels/incompressible/LES/DeardorffDiffStress
Apparently it represents a SGS Stress. Good luck
