Hello!

I'm trying to run a simulation of the flow around a block. I am using icoFoam to do this; however, when I run my simulation the courant number blows up really quickly and I am not sure why this is happening. I have posted the setup files and would really, really, really appreciate any insight as to what I am doing wrong! I couldn't provide the neighbour file as it was too large, but would be happy to do that if necessary.

Thank you so much!
