Add a new output file in chtMultiRegionFoam

Hello everybody,
i am currently trying to add a new output file during a job using chtMultiRegionFoam. But idon't find the way to achieve it.
In fact, i want to add a "h" file to the outputs files.
I know that this quantity is calculed since the log file says : "solving h",
but i don't succeed to extract this quantity field in a new output file.
Can everybody help me ?
I think i have to modify some scripts but i don't know which ones.
