Is there any documentation describing the system of equations solved by rhoCentralFoam, rhoSimplecFoam and sonicFoam? Since I am relatively new to OpenFoam, I am not quite sure about the meaning of the equations I found in the source code.

Thanks in advance.

rhoCentralFoam was discussed before in this forum, you can search for it.

The original paper for rhoCentralFoam;
http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/1....2069/abstract

and you can check this paper as well;
http://www.cimec.org.ar/ojs/index.ph...File/4231/4157

If you are going to use rhoCentralFoam make sure that you are using the latest version of OF because the solver was updated recently.

Hassan
