k-omega SST constants different bettwen openfoam and fluent?

hello guys,
i found a problem with k-omega SST tuburlence model.
Here is k-omegaSST frome openFoam and nasa web page:

i am confusing with it. Can anyone help me explain it?

Hi,
the major visible discrepancy is in the alpha vs. sigma coefficient values. But if you look at the code, sigma = 1/alpha.
The remaining differences are round-off errors.
