Dear FOAMers,
I have been working on the CFD simulation data for the Gravity settler which involves 3 phases (oil phase, mix phase and water phase). Here we used Euler-Euler multi fluid framework couples with Extended Quadrature Method of moments (EQMOM) to solve the population balance equation (PBE).

The gravity settler has 1 intel and 3 outlets, here the main purpose of using the gravity settler is to separate the costly catalyst from the product. From the CFD perspective, we are interested in the droplet-droplet interaction between the 3 phases.

I have data regarding the outlet mass flow rates (g/hr) and the temperature of the settler. Also, the density data of the liquid, which is dependent on settler temperature.

Alpha is the mass ratio of oil to oil and water and Gamma is the wt% of the mix phase (surfactant)

I am interested in finding the volume fraction of each phase with respect to time, pressure of the outlets. How can I proceed with the data processing.
