Default Random.H in channelFoam solver

I want to know the purpose of #include "Random.H" in the channelFoam solver. What is the Random used for? How it works in the solver?

nimasam is on a distinguished road
it is easy
just make it comment with "//"
then compile it again! if it was dependent on random, it would show it self
