Pressure driven flow with cyclic BC

Hi and thanks for taking the time to read this post!

I need to conduct simulations using a k-omega closure scheme with periodic (cyclic) BC's but, I would like to use specified pressure to drive flow over topography. Think of the system has a box with all vertical sides cyclic so flow over a infinite domain of topographic elements is modeled. Is there a derived BC that would be idealistic? Ideally, I would like to have cyclic BC's with pressure and flow direction given eventually.

I'm new(ish) to CFD, but enthusiastic!

Thanks for your suggestions,
-Travis
