ERCOFTAC centrifugal pump application error message -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

dogan Member Dogan Join Date: Nov 2012 Location: Bochum/Germany Posts: 42 Rep Power: 13	Hello everybody, I am new in OpenFoam, and for the beginning i was trying to run ERCOFTAC Centrifugal pump application. Even though i've followed all the instroductions, i am getting an error message as: gulacd2k@ws07:~/OpenFOAM/gulacd2k-2.1.x/run/ercoftacCentrifugalPump/cases/MRFSimpleFoam/ECPGgi2D> paraFoam WARN file does not exist: ./system/controlDict ./system/fvSchemes ./system/fvSolution created temporary 'ECPGgi2D.OpenFOAM' NVIDIA: could not open the device file /dev/nvidiactl (Permission denied). --> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR: cannot find file file: /home/gulacd2k/OpenFOAM/gulacd2k-2.1.x/run/ercoftacCentrifugalPump/cases/MRFSimpleFoam/ECPGgi2D/system/controlDict at line 0. From function regIOobject::readStream() in file db/regIOobject/regIOobjectRead.C at line 73. FOAM exiting can anyone help me to solve this problem?
