A paper describing the multiphaseEulerFoam solver authored by myself and Henry has recently been accepted for publication (IJCE) and I wanted to post a link to the preprint as it may be useful to anyone interested in this solver. Sorry if this seems shameless self-promotion :-), but I do think this will be useful to anyone interested in multiphaseEulerFoam, why it was developed, and how it can be extended.

The solver is in 2.1.1 (though I would recommend 2.1.x) as multiphaseEulerFoam. There are 3 different tutorials there as well that should get you started. If you have specific questions about setup let me know.
