Problem regarding oscillatingFixedValue boundary condition

Dear all,
I want to model a droplet (hemispherical) placed on a vibrating surface regarding which I used oscillatingFixedValue boundary condition for the surface (in U file) and the InterFoam solver. I again used a squared domain with atmospheric BC on all three surfaces except the horizontal one which is oscillating. However, droplet seems to blow up in volume with increase in mass (no mass addition by any means). Can anybody tell if my approach is correct? Should the solver be modified to incorporate the boundary condition? Thanking you |
