createBaffles for time-dependent problems

Has someone succeeded in using createBaffles and mergeOrSplitBaffles to make a moving wall? What I mean is to mark some internal faces as walls and change the list of these faces every few timesteps. It can be scripted but I am afraid I might miss some details...

I've made stationary baffles but not moving ones.it's an interesting job.how do you want to make scripts?
