Simulation of a laval nozzle - which solver?
 

Dear CFD Online members,

I try to simulate the compressible (transsonic/supersonic) air flow through a Laval nozzle with OpenFOAM. I also want to consult the arising shock waves.

Which solvers matches well for this kind of application?
I considered of using the rhoCentralFoam, rhoPimpleFoam or sonicFoam solver. But whats the difference between them?
